These are cute bags i bought for my kids to use swimming but the snaps on the sides don’t work which is unfortunate for storage.

It arrived torn at the zipper inside and wow, it's awful.

It's useful and pretty... although the label could have better quality... otherwise it's very good... I got it on sale for $80 Mexican pesos... for the great price, it seems durable for use.

It never arrived and they marked it as delivered. It didn't come with the other items I ordered, and even though I sent photos and reported it to the person who delivered the package at the time, they just acted like assholes and left it as delivered.

I have already encountered several times that after a great product ordered for the first time, the second time there is a significant deterioration of the product. I carried the same bag for about a year and lost it, so I ordered it again. Same picture and price. But the handles are 15 centimeters shorter, making it uncomfortable to carry on the shoulder. Apparently, as in other cases, they optimized it to reduce costs. Besides this, the length (height) of the handles clearly does not match what is shown in the promotional photos.
