Mandotos International Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates below refer to transit time after processing. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates may vary by destination, product, shipping profile, supplier, and cart. The final shipping options and charges available for an order are displayed at checkout.

United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Colombia

- Standard Shipping: $3.99, estimated delivery in 8–12 days
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99, estimated delivery in 4–9 days
- Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders of $50 or more, estimated delivery in 8–12 days

Europe

The European shipping zone currently includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

• Standard Shipping: $7.99, estimated delivery in 8–12 days
  - Expedited Shipping: $16.99, estimated delivery in 4–9 days
  - Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders of $75 or more, estimated delivery in 8–12 days.

Other Listed International Destinations

The international shipping zone currently includes Bahrain, Cyprus, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Palestinian Territories, the Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.

- Standard Shipping: $9.99, estimated delivery in 7–14 days
- Expedited Shipping: $19.99, estimated delivery in 5–10 days
- Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders of $100 or more, estimated delivery in 7–14 days

Shopify Collective Products

Products assigned to the Shopify Collective shipping profile may use carrier-calculated shipping services for the United States, Canada, and other destinations. These products may have different shipping charges and delivery estimates from the fixed rates listed above. The applicable options and rates are shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Many products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, primarily in China. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-specific charges may apply.

Any duties or import taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment. If these charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for payment upon import or delivery.

Shipping from China does not mean that duties or import taxes are automatically included. Customers should review the charges shown at checkout and check their local import requirements.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the shipment notification is sent.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, peak periods, supplier handling, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mandotos.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Fulfillment Disclosure

Orders placed with MANDOTOS INTERNATIONAL may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. Many products are shipped from suppliers in China. Although we do not hold all products in inventory directly, MANDOTOS INTERNATIONAL remains responsible for your order experience, including shipping support, returns, and customer service.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates may change. The rates and options displayed at checkout are the final rates for your order.
