Q:Are you a trading company or factory?
A:We are a professional factory with 19 years of experience in the production of cooler box and also have our trade team.
Q:How long is your delivery time?
A:Generally it is in 30-40 days if the goods are in stock or it is in 40-60 days if the goods are not in stock.It is accorsing to the quantity.
Q:Do you provide sample?Is it in free or in extra?
A: Yes ,we could offer the sample but for EXW-WORK price ,freight collect
Q:What is your terms of payment?
A: by TT ,It 's 30% deposit ,70% balance payment before shipment.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
-Our factory is located in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, China. You can Take the high speed train from Guangzhou South Railway Station or Shenzhen Railway Station after air-plane, it will take you about 1~1.5 hours from Guangzhou to here.
Q: How can I get a sample? Could do our design?
-After paid our sample cost, we will send it to you by courier, freight to be collect or prepaid. Yes, send us your draft, logo, sample cost, we will do the rest, it will take 7~10 days.
Q: What’s the step if I order to you?
-Firs, you need to paid 30% deposit for production, after confirm your logo, color… We usually need 35~45 days to finish production.
Q: Will you keep customer’s design as secret?
-It depends. If the logo is very famous, such as Coke, we will not keep it as secret, but we will not use it for production unless we get an authority.
